Here’s a few words from one of the judges Ashli Todd (Spillers Records) on the FHML artwork:
‘I can testify as to how much impact the artwork had on me and my appreciation of this album. A long-time customer had been after this album for ages, and its unavailability had given it mythical status here. When it was finally reissued a few years ago, not only did I want to repeatedly blast the album out of the shop stereo (at volume), but also display the fold-out newspaper-style inserts in the shop window for all passers by to see. I wish the album wasn’t still as relevant 40 years on from its release… but sadly it is.’
